The upper zone was sitting several degrees above what the panel claimed, which matters for reds. A stalled damper motor. He confirmed it with his own probes rather than believing the display.

Lower zone icing at the back, bottles coming out damp. A plugged drain line and a tired humidity sensor, both handled. Only gripe is that I had to leave two messages before anyone called back.
