Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Phoenix, Arizona (623) 240-9330

About

One kind of equipment, done properly.

Sub-Zero Appliance Repair Phoenix works on built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration and nothing else: refrigerator and freezer columns, undercounter units, clear-ice makers and integrated wine storage, across Phoenix. The workshop has been doing only that here since 2012.

Narrow is deliberate. These are sealed systems in cabinetry, with vacuum door seals, dual evaporators and controls that behave differently at 112°F ambient than they do in a showroom. A shop that fixes everything sees a unit like this a few times a year; we see them all week, which is the whole difference when something needs diagnosing rather than replacing.

There is no form on this site and no email address. Refrigeration goes wrong on a clock, so the two ways in are the phone and the booking page — both of which reach a person who can commit to a time.

How a visit runs

Four steps, no surprises.

Flat $89 service call covering the visit and full diagnosis, credited against the repair once you approve it.

  1. You call, or you book

The phone is answered 24/7. Have the model number if you can — it is inside the fresh-food door on the upper left frame — plus the temperatures you are seeing and any noise. If you would rather not talk it through, the booking page shows live availability and confirms itself.

  2. We come out and read it

The visit is a full diagnosis: gauges on the sealed system where that is the question, meter readings on the control and defrost side where it is not. Nothing gets replaced on a guess.

  3. You get the price before the work

You are told what it is, what it takes to put right and what that comes to, and then you decide. If you go ahead, the service call comes off the repair. If you decide not to, you have paid for a diagnosis and you keep it.

  4. The kitchen goes back as it was

Panel-ready and integrated units come out onto blankets and go back without marking a stile. That part is not a nicety in these kitchens — the cabinetry usually cost more than the appliance.

Licensed, bonded and insured. We provide our licence number to customers on request.
